1. License. This app is licensed (not sold) to you for personal use on Apple devices. You may use it, but you may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or redistribute it.
2. In-App Purchases. The Pro Unlock is a one-time, non-consumable purchase processed by Apple. Refund requests go through Apple, not us. The unlock is tied to the Apple ID that purchased it and can be restored on new devices using the "Restore Purchases" option.
3. Educational Content. The Rules of Golf content in this app is intended for educational purposes and to help players learn the Rules. It is not an authoritative source — for tournament-binding rulings, consult the official USGA Rules of Golf, your local committee, or a certified Rules official. We do not represent the USGA or The R&A.
4. No Warranty. The app is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or freedom from errors.
5. Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to lost competitions, missed strokes, or rule disputes.
6. Updates. We may update or modify the app at any time. Use of an updated version is governed by these terms.
7. Termination. Your license terminates if you violate these terms. Apple may also terminate per the App Store Terms.
8. Governing Law. These terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina, United States.
